About Alexandra

Alexandra is an experienced commercial and regulatory lawyer. Alexandra advises a range of clients across the health and aged care sector on regulatory compliance, corporate advisory matters and M&A transactions. She has extensive experience in the health and aged care sector, including through secondments at a national for profit aged care provider and a leading hospital operator.

Alexandra was previously a Principal Solicitor at the NSW Department of Justice, gaining valuable experience in government procurement, funding agreements and outcomes based contracting.

  • Mercury Capital

    Acting on the sale of its interest in Nexus Hospitals to QIC Global Infrastructure Funds. Nexus Hospitals owns a rapidly-growing portfolio of hospitals across Australia and is Australia’s second largest short-stay hospital group.

  • Aged care providers

    Advising home care and residential aged care clients on interactions with the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety.

  • Regulatory compliance

    Advising on regulatory compliance, including in relation to the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 1966 (NSW), Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth) and the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (Cth).

  • Returned and Services League of Australia (NSW)

    Completing a review of the corporate governance of the Returned and Services League of Australia (New South Wales Branch) following the inquiry under the Charitable Fundraising Act 1991 (NSW).

  • NSW State Government

    Advising NSW State Government clients on complex procurement activities.
