About Alice

Alice is a Senior Associate in the Melbourne Construction & Projects team. She has experience working with a number of public sector and private clients, including State and Local Government.

Alice is involved in a variety of dispute resolution and advice work and works on a wide variety of construction related disputes.

Experience

• State Government Entity
  • Acting for a State Government entity in relation to various claims by a contractor exceeding $8 million for variations and extensions of time on three different contracts. 
     
  • Advising on a dispute concerning a cost recovery claim by a State Government Entity in excess of $2 million. 
• Contractor
  • Acting on three disputes concerning claims in excess of $2 million made by individual lot owners and an owners corporation in relation to an apartment complex. 
• Local Government
  • Acting for a local council in relation to a complex, high-profile multi-party litigation concerning the collapse of an infrastructure project, involving claims exceeding $80 million for variations, extensions of time and misleading and deceptive conduct.
