About Avi

Avi is a commercial lawyer in the Maddocks Public Law team. Avi has experience advising on a broad range of commercial, procurement and property matters, including contract transitions and travel services arrangements. He has also provided legal support on major infrastructure projects, privacy compliance, grant programs, and complex property transactions involving trust structures, easements and leasehold interests.

Prior to joining Maddocks in 2022, he was a lawyer at the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications, where he advised on commercial, property, IP, procurement, grants, and administrative law matters. He also supported the in-house legal counsel function by drafting legal advices and other agreements. 

Earlier in his career, Avi worked in a Big 4 professional services firm, advising startups, SMEs and listed companies on employee remuneration, share schemes and incentive plans.
