• The Star Casino Inquiry by the Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority

  Acting as one of the Solicitors Assisting the inquiry into The Star casino under the Casino Control Act 1992 (NSW), into whether the operator was suitable to continue to give effect to its casino licence and whether it was in the public interest that the licence should continue. This was a high-profile matter, receiving significant media attention.

  Advising icare and the State of NSW in more than 150 historical abuse claims, both litigated and un-litigated matters.

• National Disability Insurance Agency

  Assisting the NDIA in multiple appeals raising a range of issues under the NDIS Act regarding the eligibility of applicants to either access the NDIS or to increase the level of support included in their NDIS funding plans
