Erin is an experienced litigator and acts for government and corporate organisations in a variety of commercial disputes and regulatory and advisory matters. Erin has advised on complex contractual issues, the Corporations Act, ASIC and ACCC investigations, the Competition and Consumer Act, defamation and reputation management and negligence.


  • Macquarie Bank

    Defending a claim in the NSW Supreme Court brought by scores of investors who lost funds at the hands of a fraudster.

  • Commonwealth Bank of Australia

    Acting in the harassment, defamation, and breach of contract proceedings. Successfully represented the Bank in a trial lasting 94 days.

  • Optus

    Acting for Optus in relation to judicial review proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia commenced by Telstra regarding the ACCC’s fixed-line services final access determinations made in October 2015.

  • Department of Communities and Justice

    Assisting the Department in its response to the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse including appearing at the case study into Bethcar Children’s Home.
