Advises councils, government agencies and private clients in relation to all aspects of planning and environment law, including:
- statutory and strategic planning matters;
- planning enforcement issues;
- statutory interpretation of the Planning and Environment Act 1987;
- restrictive covenants; and
- agreements under section 173 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.
Engaging and managing expert witnesses, instructing Counsel and preparing submissions on behalf of private, local and State government at VCAT, Planning Panels Victoria, Standing Advisory Committees in relation to a wide range of statutory and strategic planning matters.
