Jessica specialises in private capital transactions and advises Australian and international clients on complex domestic and cross‑border transactions, with experience spanning strategic M&A, private equity investments, joint ventures and broader corporate and commercial matters.
Jessica has worked across a broad range of sectors, including financial services, infrastructure, FMCG and government, supporting multinational organisations through all stages of the transaction lifecycle. She also brings an international perspective, having spent two years working at an international law firm in Amsterdam, where she advised on multi‑jurisdictional transactions across Europe and globally.
