Jessica specialises in private capital transactions and advises Australian and international clients on complex domestic and cross‑border transactions, with experience spanning strategic M&A, private equity investments, joint ventures and broader corporate and commercial matters.

Jessica has worked across a broad range of sectors, including financial services, infrastructure, FMCG and government, supporting multinational organisations through all stages of the transaction lifecycle. She also brings an international perspective, having spent two years working at an international law firm in Amsterdam, where she advised on multi‑jurisdictional transactions across Europe and globally.

  Acted on L’Oréal Groupe's ~A$3.7 billion acquisition of Aesop from Natura & Co.

• Dutch government

  Acted for the Dutch government on the €9.5 billion sale of its 46% stake in German grid operator TenneT Germany to a consortium of investors, including APG, GIC and Norges Bank Investment Management.

• Stockland

  Acted for Stockland on its capital partnership with Mitsubishi in relation to the development of residential master‑planned community projects.

• Aquiline Capital Partners

  Acted for Aquiline Capital Partners on the ~€700 million sale of Dutch insurance broker Quintes to U.S. insurance brokerage firm Brown & Brown.

• BlackFin Capital Partners

  Acting for leading European private equity fund BlackFin Capital Partners, on multiple Dutch acquisitions across regulated financial services businesses.

• CBA

  Advised Commonwealth Bank and other financial service providers and insurers on the implementation of the Banking Executive Accountability Regime and Financial Accountability Regime.
