Michael is a public lawyer with several years of experience advising government departments, agencies and officers on matters across the public law spectrum.
Before joining Maddocks, Michael was a principal legal adviser at the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Victoria), where he advised on matters including legislative development, parliamentary processes and ministerial or Cabinet decision-making.
