Sherilynn has extensive experience in advocating for clients in the Fair Work Commission, the Federal Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia. She is well-versed in court processes and is a proficient negotiator with a strong track record of achieving successful outcomes for her clients.

    • Assisting private and public sector clients through various stages of unfair dismissal, general protections and discrimination claims, including drafting responses, legal submissions and witness statements, appearing at conciliation conferences and mediations, and achieving successful outcomes for clients through skilled negotiation.
  • Employment law advice
    • Advising private and public sector clients on a wide range of issues including bullying, redundancy, industrial instrument coverage, managing ill and injured employees, discrimination and performance management, interpretation of complex legislation and instruments.
       
    • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies and procedures 
  • Workplace investigations
    • Assisting in investigations following complaints of workplace bullying and harassment, including providing advice on management of employees and recommended outcomes.
