Simon is a construction lawyer specialising in construction and engineering disputes, with experience advising a range of clients, including employers and contractors, on a broad range of disputes. Simon has advised and acted for clients in various dispute resolution procedures in Australia and the United Kingdom, including adjudication, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. Simon also regularly advises clients in taking steps to manage and avoid disputes. 

Simon has recently returned to Maddocks, having spent over 7 years practicing in London in construction and engineering disputes.
