About Simone

Simone works with a range of public and private sector clients, including all levels of government, providing services in a range of workplace matters. She advises on all aspects of employment law, including termination, redundancy, performance management, disciplinary procedures including investigations and restraint of trade. Simone’s day-to-day work with clients includes reviewing, drafting and advising on employment contracts, as well as advising on and assisting with various contentious workplace matters and litigation including unfair dismissal, adverse action and discrimination complaints.
