About Yasmin

Yasmin is a planning and environmental lawyer in the Public Law Team with extensive experience advising private and public sector clients on a broad range of environmental, planning and regulatory matters. Her expertise includes advising on environmental assessments and approvals, environmental permitting, contamination, water law, investigations and prosecutions, waste management, climate change and natural capital projects, and large-scale infrastructure projects. Yasmin has also advised on complex property and corporate transactions, providing environmental and planning due diligence and risk management advice to support these transactions. Having worked in both the UK and Australia, she has experience advising clients across different regulatory regimes and market environments on complex environmental and planning matters.
