Development Partner Bettina Sheeran awarded UDIA Victoria life membership

Maddocks Development Partner Bettina Sheeran has been awarded life membership with the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Victoria.

Bettina received the accolade at the UDIA Victoria Awards Gala event in Melbourne last night. The award recognises individuals who have excelled as an industry leader while making significant contributions to the UDIA.

As a UDIA Board Member for over eight years, Bettina was instrumental in modernising its Constitution and provided invaluable input in shaping and advocating for policies and strategies that have profoundly impacted the industry. Bettina was also on the 2024 UDIA Award judging panel for a second year.

Bettina has more than 20 years of experience in providing advisory and transactional services relating to real estate transactions nationwide. At Maddocks, Bettina advises a variety of public and private, listed and unlisted clients.
