Advising Cedar Woods on the delivery of Williams Landing, a mixed-use community including strata offices, retail, residential buildings and bespoke offices. This involved drafting and negotiating long term Agreements for Lease and Leases to the Minster for Finance and securing a high-profile medical centre operator.

Providing advice on the mixed-use developments at Eliston and Hartleigh including conveyancing, DCP and section 173 agreements and licence requirements.

Managing the leasing portfolio of the historic Georges Building on Collins Street, Melbourne, including setting up a suite of precedent leasing documents, negotiating numerous long-term leases (both retail and commercial) and drafting very bespoke clauses to accommodate the needs of tenants whilst maintaining the historic significance of this building. This included advising on the leasing arrangements for Hub Australia, the country’s largest privately owned coworking operator.
