We’re pleased to be offering the first intake of our prosecution training program for 2026. This program is designed to help in-house prosecutors run effective, compliant, and best-practice prosecutions.

Who is this training for? 

This training is for prosecutors across all levels of expertise. Those newer to prosecutions will receive a comprehensive education in all aspects of it, ensuring they are starting their career with a best-in-class understanding of this complex area. Those who are more experienced will receive a refresher, ensuring they are up-to-date with current best practices.

Who will deliver the training? 

The training will be delivered by Tara Schultz, Senior Associate at Maddocks. She leads the Compliance & Enforcement practice at Maddocks and manages a variety of prosecution and enforcement matters for local government. Having previously worked for the Office of Public Prosecutions (VIC) and the Australian Federal Police, she has an unmatched understanding of prosecutions. 

What is the cost? 

$2,000 per person, invoices to be issued on registration.

Training for In-house prosecutors

Training for each day will commence at 9:30am and conclude at 5:00pm. The registration fee covers catering for all breaks and lunches.
