Maddocks is pleased to host Litigation Basics, part of the NSW Government Law Essentials 2026 webinar series.

Created for junior lawyers and those new to working in the NSW Government context, the series offers practical, expert-led training on core legal skills and the NSW Government legal framework. Sessions are CPD-eligible and delivered via Zoom.

This session provides a practical introduction to litigation in the government context, covering the key stages of a matter from commencement to resolution.  It is intended to provide a basic introduction to the purpose of pleadings, and the fundamental principles of documentary, witness and expert evidence, equipping you with the knowledge needed to navigate litigious matters with confidence.
