Ashleigh is an experienced legal adviser to State and Commonwealth governments with expertise in public law and government litigation. She has extensive experience providing advice to government agencies on complex statutory regimes and a wide range of litigation matters.

Ashleigh previously worked as a senior legal adviser for the Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria, where she gained valuable experience managing litigation brought against the State and advising on a diverse range of matters including statutory interpretation, development of legislation, privacy, and information sharing. She also has experience in coronial inquests, misconduct investigations, and government procurement.

    Advising in respect of highly sensitive coronial inquests and misconduct investigations.
