About Brigitte
Brigitte has extensive experience and a particular interest in government and commercial litigation. Brigitte acts for a broad range of government and corporate clients in all types of disputes and litigation matters, including institutional child abuse claims, administrative law matters, contractual disputes, property disputes, inquiries and inquests and defamation. Brigitte also has experience acting for major financial institutions in banking, insolvency and recoveries matters. Brigitte has appeared in the NSW Supreme Court, District Court and Local Court, as well as the Federal Court and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, and she adopts a proactive and client-focused approach to resolving disputes and Court proceedings using alternative dispute resolution processes and lateral thinking where possible.
