About Carol

Carol is a Senior Associate in the Maddocks Sydney office in the Dispute Resolution & Litigation team, advising and acting for private sector, commercial and corporate clients. She advises clients on a wide range of matters, including complex shareholder oppression suits, commercial contract disputes, and consumer law issues.

Carol has experience across various jurisdictions, including the Supreme Court of NSW, the Federal Court of Australia, NCAT, AFCA, OAIC, and the Fair Work Commission. She has a strategic, client-focused approach to litigation, always working towards practical and commercially viable outcomes.

  Acting for and advising clients on shareholder oppression claims including defending claims from a former founder for a technology start-up.
