Danielle is part of the firm’s General Counsel team. Danielle is responsible for assisting the team with a wide range of risk management issues, including procurement contracts, client engagement terms, conflicts of interest and regulatory compliance. Danielle is adept to identifying potential issues and advising on ways to mitigate such risks as she is conscious of the significant impact compliance and risk management issues can have on the firm.
