Ella is an administrative lawyer who advises state and federal government departments and agencies on a diverse range of issues. She has experience providing considered legal and policy advice to government departments with a focus on balancing legislative obligations and strategic goals.

Ella has a strong advocacy background and has conducted litigation in jurisdictions including the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Magistrates Court of Victoria, Children’s Court of Victoria and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
