    Preparing simple and complex wills (including testamentary trusts), powers of attorney and binding death benefit nominations for superannuation asset protection and structuring for high net worth individuals advice and structuring in preparation for intergenerational transition of control of privately held businesses reviewing, advising and drafting discretionary trust deeds.

  • Estate administration

    Obtaining grants of probate or letters of administration for deceased estates, reseals of foreign grants or grants of informal wills estate administration including administration of perpetual charitable trusts.

  • Contested matters

    Preparation of and advice relating to applications under Part IV of the Administration and Probate Act 1958 (Vic), advice relating to guardianship and administration orders at VCAT and advice relating to and preparation of applications for orders regarding conduct of attorneys appointed under an enduring power of attorney (financial) advocacy at VCAT.
