About Joelle

Joelle is a public law lawyer specialising in providing advice to Commonwealth Government agencies, regulators and statutory authorities, on administrative decision making, dispute resolution and litigation, drafting of legislative instruments, and internal governance procedures.

Joelle was previously a Principal Lawyer at the eSafety Commissioner, where she was responsible for advising on the regulation of online service providers, including managing administrative and civil litigation, and advising the development and implementation of industry codes and standards, freedom of information matters, privacy and the implementation of internal policies and procedures.

She previously worked in-house at the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and Services Australia.
