About Katy

Katy acts for public sector clients in administrative law, with expertise in freedom of information (FOI) and privacy across the Victorian and Commonwealth jurisdictions. Katy has extensive experience in assisting agencies with all aspects and stages of FOI matters, from processing requests on behalf of agencies to appearing at tribunals, preparing submissions and statements and advising on exemptions. She has also advised on numerous privacy matters and has acted for agencies in privacy complaints.
