About Natalie

Natalie is a property lawyer with more than 15 years of experience advising local and state government departments and agencies, statutory authorities, private developers, and SMEs in all aspects of property law, including contracts, development, conveyancing, leasing, licensing, easements, stamp duty and other property related tax matters.

Natalie has practised in both NSW and QLD, most recently working with the Department of Transport and Main Roads in Queensland, providing advice on a number of complex leasing matters and uncommon licensing matters, as well as specialised property advice concerning acquisitions and disposals of State land.

Natalie is a member of the Property Council of Australia Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee (ACT) 2023-2024.

  • Department of Transport and Main Roads, QLD

    Advising on a wide range of property matters including various property structures and issues, planning and construction concepts, leasing, licensing and conveyancing principles, procedures and documents, easements, covenants, subdivisions, mortgages and other securities, unregistered dealings, caveats and drafting associated documentation.

  • Defence Housing Australia

    Acted on a 345 lot staged community title subdivision at Lindfield with involvement in drafting and preparing the contract for sale through to management of the conveyancing of the land lots and strata lots in stages.

  • North Sydney Council

    Responsible for all leasing transactions for Council, including drafting and negotiation of retail and commercial leases, drafting licenses and variations to lease, advising on termination of leases, and attending to registration requirements.

  • Uniting Church in Australia

    Acted on the sale of a commercial property in Parramatta, NSW, which included approximately 30 tenancies and associated service contracts, drafting contract, handling due diligence enquiries, assisting with tender process and completing conveyancing of property.

  • Shopping Centre acquisition at Harrington Waters, NSW

    Reviewing leasing arrangements for IGA anchor tenant and 13 specialty shops and associated due diligence, advising on conveyancing process and settling refinancing and loan facilities.
