About Oliver

Oliver is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial practice group with experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Oliver has worked on corporate transactions for public and private Australian corporations, domestically based subsidiaries of global companies and founder owned businesses across a broad range of industries. 

Oliver has also completed a secondment with a major Australian energy retailer as part of its team of legal corporate counsel.

• Capitol Health Limited (ASX listed)

  Advised Australian leading diagnostics provider Capitol Health Limited on its merger with Integral Diagnostics Limited, by way of a Scheme of Arrangement, to create a $1 billion medical diagnostic imaging company.

• Active Utilities Pty Ltd

  Advised Macquarie Bank Limited and Active Utilities Nominees Pty Ltd as the trustee for Active Utilities (Holdings) Unit Trust on its sale of 100% of the issued shares in Active Utilities Pty Ltd via a competitive bid process for approximately $130 million.

• Simonds Group Limited (ASX listed)

  Advised national home builder Simonds Group Limited on its acquisition of Dennis Family Homes Pty Ltd.

• CleanPeak Energy

  Acted for CPE Solar Holdings Pty Ltd in its acquisition of all of the shares in the operators of three solar farms located in ACT, NSW and Victoria for approximately $45 million.

• Quickstep Holdings Limited (ASX listed)

  Advised leading aerospace technology manufacturer Quickstep Holdings Limited on its sale by way of Scheme of Arrangement to ASDAM Operations Pty Ltd.

• Tasmanian Bakeries

  Acted for owners of National Pies Pty Ltd on the sale of the Tasmanian Bakeries family business to Patties Foods Pty Ltd.

• Grown Alchemist

  Acted for the founders of beauty products business Grown Alchemist in the share sale to a subsidiary of the L’Occitane Group, including advising on a reduction of the target company’s share capital and post completion share conversion.
