  Acting in respect of its Waterline Place, Williamstown project which includes high-density apartments and a wide-range of house and land townhouse packages, including the preparation of master sales documentation, the complex owners corporation strategic structuring for the project (including common property laneways within the overall project).

  Advising on numerous projects, both apartment and land, including land projects Summerhill, The Woods, Arramont, Annadale and apartment projects The Guilfoyle, Monarc, George, Coco Apartments, Jewell and Botanic and townhouse project John & Windsor. Advice included facilitating the acquisition of the sites, establishing pre-sale documents for the developments and managing the sales process for each stage of release and management of the conveyancing services and the broader project delivery.
