Sophie is a banking & finance lawyer who advises banks and non-bank lenders in both senior and mezzanine positions and property developers, private equity and debt funds, as well as private businesses. Sophie has experience in drafting and negotiating syndicated and bilateral finance documents, on a broad range of real estate investments, development finance and acquisition and leveraged finance matters.
