Suzette has a strong focus on corporate and equity capital markets transactions. She is experienced in assisting start-ups with structuring and early stage capital raising activities, through to advising ASX-listed companies on secondary capital raises.
Suzette regularly acts on private mergers, acquisitions and disposals as well as provides advice on corporate governance and compliance issues with respect to the ASX Listing Rules.
