About Teagan

Teagan specialises in all areas of administrative, planning and environmental law. She regularly advises local, State and Federal Government clients, in addition to a range of private sector clients, including within the development industry both acting for developers and consent authorities. 

Teagan regularly appears in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the Land & Environment Court (including as an advocate) in development appeals, judicial review, criminal and civil enforcement and administrative law matters. She also prosecutes environmental and planning offences in both the Land & Environment Court and the Local Court.

  • Supreme Court and Court of Appeal - Teagan has assisted in a number of Supreme Court and Court of Appeal proceedings following appeals from the Land and Environment Court regarding decisions of judicial officers in judicial review proceedings or in relation to s88K easements.
     
  • Land and Environment Court Proceedings - Teagan’s experience includes acting for local Council’s as well as State Government in connection with any number of complex sets of proceedings in the NSW Land and Environment Court including criminal and civil enforcement proceedings, judicial review proceedings, Class 1 merits appeals, Class 3 section 88K and compulsory acquisition proceedings. She has also acted for a number of local Council’s and State Government authorities both as an advisor and advocate in proceedings. 
     
  • Administrative Review Tribunal Proceedings - Teagan regularly acts for a number of government agencies in the Administrative Review Tribunal and the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal on administrative law.
