Maddocks advises founders of Yo My Goodness on investment by River Capital

Maddocks has advised the founders of Yo My Goodness (YOMG), the Australian quick-service restaurant business known for its premium burgers and frozen yoghurt offering, on an investment by River Capital. The transaction marks a significant milestone in YOMG’s growth journey, providing a platform for the business to continue its expansion together with River Capital.
Founded in Melbourne, YOMG has grown into a well-established brand with multiple locations across Victoria and Queensland, recognised for its differentiated customer experience and loyal customer base. River Capital’s investment reflects the strength of the YOMG brand and its growth potential.
