Maddocks advises on new land transaction for Satterley

Maddocks has advised Australia’s largest private residential developer, Satterley, on its acquisition of a new site, in Dingley Village, in Melbourne.
As one of the largest land transactions in recent times, the 53ha site was purchased by Satterley from Australian Super.
Partner, Nick Holuigue and Senior Associate, Tom Pasco from Maddocks’ property development team advised on the transaction.
“Maddocks has a longstanding relationship with Satterley, having advised on many of their transactions and projects over the last decade,” said Nick.
“It was fantastic to be able to support them through this significant acquisition, and we look forward to seeing the site developed in due course.”
