Maddocks advises Salcef Group on its acquisition of Pilbara Rail Maintenance

Maddocks has advised Italian headquartered Salcef Group S.p.A on its acquisition of Pilbara Rail Maintenance, a specialist rail construction and maintenance company operating in the Pilbara. The acquisition expands Salcef’s global footprint in specialist construction and renewal of railway and urban transport infrastructure.
