Maddocks appoints new Special Counsel in Dispute Resolution & Litigation team in Sydney

Maddocks has appointed Lesly Ann Cho as a new Special Counsel in the firm's Disputes Resolution & Litigation team in Sydney.
Lesly brings over 12 years of extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution, having represented a diverse range of clients across various industries.
Lesly was most recently at ClarkeKann Lawyers with her expertise spanning corporate and commercial transactions, building and construction, property, insolvency, professional negligence, and employment disputes. She has a proven track record in managing high-stakes disputes, including acting for directors and shareholders, advising on trust disputes, and handling claims under the Australian Consumer Law.
Lesly is focused on delivering a sophisticated and strategic approach to litigation and mentoring junior lawyers toward excellence and high-quality service delivery. Her commitment will help enhance the team's capabilities in navigating our clients across diverse industries through complex disputes and providing innovative and commercial solutions.
