Alisha is a commercial lawyer who assists clients with a broad range of commercial matters.

Alisha has extensive experience drafting and negotiating a range of agreements including joint venture, shareholder and services agreements. Alisha has particular expertise servicing clients in the development sector and drafting documents required to give effect to complex development structures.

• General commercial advice

  Alisha assists clients with a range of 'business as usual advice'. This includes drafting terms and conditions of trade, supply and distribution agreements and providing advice on general commercial matters including provisions of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

• Development structuring

  Alisha has extensive experience negotiating and drafting complex and inter-related development documents - including joint venture and partnership agreements, drafting services agreements and upstream ownership structures. Alisha has assisted clients such as Milieu, Neometro and Cadence.
