  Acting for numerous principals, head contractors and subcontractors in relation to matters arising out of security of payment legislation in various jurisdictions across Australia, including acting in the second-ever High Court case involving security of payment legislation: Probuild Constructions (Aust) Pty Ltd v Shade Systems Pty Ltd [2018] HCA 4

  Providing strategic advice to NSW State Government regarding dispute avoidance and resolution in relation to a major pedestrian link project between Sydney CBD and Barangaroo

  Acting for respondent contractors in relation to proceedings in the Supreme Court of NSW arising out of claims under the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW)

  Acting for a major contractor in claims management and resolution throughout the first ever Defence PPP Project, the Headquarters Joint Operations Command Project
