Andrew has a particular focus on assisting clients to resolve complex construction and engineering disputes by way of dispute avoidance and dispute resolution, with experience in mediation, statutory adjudication, expert determination, arbitration and litigation.

Andrew has significant expertise in Security of Payment legislation having acted for both claimants and respondents in a significant number of security of payment matters across multiple jurisdictions, including acting in the second ever High Court case involving security of payment legislation. Andrew acts for Commonwealth, State and local government, contractors, principals and owners and has worked on projects ranging from ports and railways, to education and community facilities, roads, bridges, residential buildings and renewable energy projects.
