About Clare

Clare specialises in advising clients in relation to technology, telecommunications, media and intellectual property matters. She collaborates with clients to find strategic, commercial and practical solutions to risks arising in technology projects.

Clare's practice focuses on complex technology procurement and commercial contracting. She acts for clients in negotiations for large-scale technology projects (including implementation of critical SaaS platforms, managed service arrangements and the acquisition of telecommunications infrastructure).  
Clare regularly advises on the use and procurement of artificial intelligence, data protection and privacy, data commercialisation, digital advertising and marketing as well as commercial intellectual property issues. 

Working with both providers and customers of technology and telecommunications services has allowed Clare to develop a deep understanding and strong commercial awareness of the key risks and commercial drivers that arise in the technology and telecommunications sector.
