About Katie
Katie has experience advising on a broad range of commercial matters with a focus on technology procurement, telecommunications, intellectual property, privacy and franchising. In the technology sector, Katie advises both customer-side and supplier-side clients on a range of both complex and business as usual technology matters, including outsourcing and integration projects, cloud based offerings and software licensing agreements.
As part of her commercial practice, Katie advises clients on privacy, data protection and regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on providing practical and commercial outcomes for her clients.

Advising on a number of business critical and business as usual IT matters (including master services, proof of concept, licensed software and software as-a-service arrangements) and non-IT procurement projects (including corporate purchasing, marketing, research and staff training services). Katie was also seconded into CBA's Technology, Data and Procurement legal team, and worked closely with internal subject matter experts and stakeholders.

Advising on and negotiating the renewal of Axicom's strategically important Master Access Agreement with TPG to provide TPG with access to over 1,000 telecommunications towers.
