He advises clients on both the customer and supplier sides, navigating a broad spectrum of complex and business-as-usual technology and commercial contracting issues. Darrell was seconded into Macquarie Technology Group and worked closely with stakeholders on a range of complex and ‘business as usual’ matters including the supply of strategic data centre and hosting services to a leading ASX 200 industrial conglomerate, and to a leading law firm.

Advising NSW government agencies including the NSW Telco Authority, NSW Port Authority and Transport for NSW on a range of complex and ‘business as usual’ procurement matters, including in relation to the procurement of strategic hardware, software and support services.

Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA)
Darrell was seconded into CBA’s Retail Banking Legal team and worked closely with stakeholders on a range of complex referral agreements as well as ‘business as usual’ agreements relating to the Commonwealth Bank’s customer recognition programs.
