About Dylan

Since his admission to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2012, Dylan has worked extensively in the areas of commercial litigation, regularly appearing on behalf of clients in the Magistrates Court of Victoria, Victorian County Court, Supreme Court of Victoria, Federal Court and VCAT. Dylan is also experienced in handling insolvency, general commercial and property matters, and matters in various jurisdictions around the country (including Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, the ACT and the Northern Territory).

As the Maddocks Recoveries Legal Advisor, Dylan is on hand to assist and advise our clients with any complex matters which may arise. As a result of Dylan’s advocacy experience, he is able to appear in Court on behalf of clients for any hearings, arbitrations or mediations.
