She has a proven track record of managing civil litigation from inception through to hearing, including preparing evidence, drafting submissions, briefing counsel, and appearing as a solicitor advocate.
Jemma has appeared in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Her advocacy experience spans interim and contested hearings, directions and readiness hearings, interlocutory applications, and mediations.
