About Jenny

Jenny is a property lawyer who is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and has advised clients on a broad range of property transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of real estate assets, commercial and retail leasing, renewable energy projects and off-the-plan residential and mixed-use developments. She is fluent in Chinese Mandarin and has acted for clients across both the public and private sectors including property developers, local councils, state government agencies and large corporations.

Jenny also has extensive experience in general property work such as resolving land tenure issues, licensing, preparing and negotiating easements and strata documents and providing general property advice. She adopts a proactive approach to assist clients to achieve their business objectives in a commercial and cost-efficient manner.

    Advising on the sale and lease back of its head office building with a transaction value of over $60 million.

  • Greenland Group

    Advising on the development and off-the-plan sale of residential units in a mixed-use development including 4 high-rise residential towers of over 400 apartments, drafting and negotiating strata and stratum subdivision documents and easements, and advising on disputes with purchasers, dedication of land to local council and FIRB issues.

  • EG Group

    Advising on the acquisition of Woolworths' petrol station portfolio for approximately $1.7 billion, including the acquisition of freehold and leasehold assets across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

  • Kingold

    Acting on commercial leases of office space to tenants within an office building in the Sydney CBD.

  • Innogy SE

    Advising on the acquisition of 2 solar farm projects in NSW including negotiating land access agreements with neighbouring landowners.
