About Bronwyn

Bronwyn advises corporate and government clients on all aspects of commercial property. Her role includes acting on the sale and purchase of properties, advising land owners, developers and tenants on development and leasing transactions and advising financiers and borrowers on property finance transactions.

Bronwyn has extensive experience in undertaking property due diligence investigations in connection with a range of transactions, and advising on land interface and stakeholder arrangements in connection with property development and infrastructure projects.

    Acting on the acquisition of several commercial and residential development sites including 210 and 220 George Street Sydney, the Poly Horizon development site at Epping and portfolios of neighbouring properties under option deed structures for residential redevelopment.

  • Western Sydney University

    Acting on its agreement to lease and lease of 1PSQ, being a 26,000m2 new development, for its Parramatta CBD campus.

  • City of Sydney

    Acting on a portfolio of commercial and retail leases in the Sydney CBD.

    Acting on commercial and industrial lease transactions.
