  Acting for Optus on a series of major outsourcing and procurement transactions in relation to the development and maintenance of the Optus network.

• Macquarie Telecom

  Advising Macquarie Telecom on a range of telecommunications regulatory issues and acting for Macquarie Telecom on business critical contractual arrangements with nbn Co.

• Commpete

  Advising Commpete, an alliance of dynamic digital communications companies, on regulatory issues and assisting to draft submissions to regulatory inquiries and industry forums.

• BAI Communications

  Advising BAI Communications, a global leader in the design, construction and operation of communications infrastructure on communications regulatory issues including assisting BAI to obtain its Australian telecommunications carrier licence.

• CASA Systems (formerly Netcomm Wireless)

  Acting on the negotiation of business critical agreements for the supply of networking equipment to nbn Co, including negotiating interoperability arrangements with other network equipment suppliers.

• The Black Dog Institute

  Providing pro-bono advice to the Black Dog Institute, an independent not-for-profit medical research institute focussed on mental health on a wide range of intellectual property matters relating to collaborative research and development of new products and initiatives.
