Jeff has extensive experience advising a range of well-known corporate organisations on both supplier side and buyer side of transactions. Jeff specialises in technology, IP, outsourcing and general commercial matters and has advised on a broad range of technology and business processes, including outsourcing, hardware, procurement, technological solutions and contracting.

Jeff is also a qualified electrical engineer and is readily able to grasp general technological concepts and has a deep technical understanding of the information technology and telecommunications industries.
