About Olivia

Olivia is a Special Counsel in the Banking & Finance Team at Maddocks. She has extensive experience advising domestic and foreign lenders and corporate borrowers on property and hotel finance transactions, general corporate lending, and investment-grade emerging market financing.

Having undertaken two in-house secondments in London and a third in Sydney, Olivia understands the importance of adopting a commercial approach in transactions while ensuring her clients' requirements are met.

  UK Clearing Bank: Acting on £100m financing of medical practices, pharmacies and surgeries. Aprirose Limited: Acting on £525m financing of the acquisition of the QHotels. International Syndicate: Acting on US$1bn corporate financing to The Standard Bank of South Africa.
