Maddocks advises MadeComfy on its sale to Indian-headquartered hospitality business OYO

Maddocks has advised Australian and New Zealand rental property manager and online platform, MadeComfy and its shareholders, including investment manager Commencer Capital, on its sale to Indian-headquartered hospitality business OYO (oyorooms.com).
The Maddocks team was led by Corporate Partner, Rahil Patel supported by Associate Max Padley and Lawyer Leila Liu. They were assisted by Banking & Finance Partner Arlene Colquhoun, Special Counsel Olivia Ashurst and Lawyer Benjamin Cosgrove and Employment Partner Meaghan Bare.
