Maddocks also assisted with the financing of the transaction, led by Partner Arlene Colquhoun, closely supported by Special Counsel, Olivia Ashurst and Associate, Charlie Liang.
Rahil Patel, Corporate Partner at Maddocks, commented:
“We’re proud to have supported the Apta Group on its successful completion of its acquisition of Alba Cheese, a milestone transaction that marks a new chapter for both organisations. This deal reflects the growing scale and sophistication of the Apta Group and its team, and is a testament to their hard work and dedication to originating and executing on deals.
