  • Acting for Qantas on the sale of 13.8 hectares of freehold land at Mascot near Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport for $802 million.
  • Acting for Keppel REIT on the purchase of land on the corner of Blue Street and William Street, North Sydney.
  • Acting for Private equity real estate investment manager with respect to the purchase and sale of industrial and logistics assets. 
  • Acting for EVT on the sale of the freehold land and the hotel business associated with Rydges Bankstown, Rydges North Sydney, Rydges Hobart, Rydges Geelong and other commercial assets.
  • Acting for BMW in the sale and leaseback arrangements for the sale of the BMW Sydney dealership situated at Darlinghurst / Rushcutters Bay.

  • Acting for Voyages with respect to a significant expansion of an existing resort located at Yulara, Northern Territory.
  • Acting for and advising Jemena on land tenure arrangements in respect of the construction and operation of a biomethane injection plant in Malabar.
  • Acting for Nari Nari Tribal Council on the acquisition of the Juanbung and Boyong Stations landholding in south-western New South Wales, comprising more than 33,000 hectares across 33 titles and involving multiple water access licences, Crown licences and conservation arrangements.
