Paul is a highly regarded banking and finance lawyer with over two decades of experience and a track record of successful outcomes for clients across a broad range of complex financing transactions, including property finance, structured & asset finance, large scale corporate finance, project finance and acquisition & leveraged finance, and all related restructuring and insolvency matters.

Paul works with a diverse client base of private credit funds, family offices,  developers / sponsors, corporates and major banks. He has built deep, long-term client relationships, thanks to his commercial approach and technical excellence in delivering tailored funding solutions. Paul has a unique background in working within a multi-disciplinary environment (he established and led PwC’s Finance legal practice, collaborating closely with tax, deals and advisory teams), which reinforces his holistic understanding of clients’ needs and the broader transaction lifecycle.
