About Sam
Sam is a property lawyer who is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Sam has advised clients on a broad range of property transactions, including the acquisition and sale of commercial and industrial real estate, commercial, industrial and retail leasing and off-the-plan residential and mixed-use developments. Sam acts for clients across both the public and private sectors including property developers, SME’s, local councils and state government agencies. Sam also has extensive experience in general property work such as put and call options, licensing, preparing and negotiating easements and strata documents and residential subdivisions. Sam focuses on his client’s objectives and always aims to assist his to achieve their business goals in a commercial and cost-efficient manner.

Acting on mixed use leasehold development in The Rocks, including assisting with preparation and negotiation of lot leases and sale and leasing of commercial and retail stratums within the development.

Acting on the acquisition of a $300 million commercial office building in North Sydney, including negotiating the contract for sale and completing the sale conveyance process end to end.

Acting for a joint venture group made up of three separate vendors on the sale of three lots in a strata scheme to a developer, including drafting and negotiating put and call option deeds, contracts for sale and the joint venture agreement.

Acting for a developer on the subdivision of residential lots, including drafting the master sales contract, drafting the section 88B instrument and associated dealings and supervising a team of graduate lawyers on the sale of the lots via PEXA and reports to the client on sales activity.
